This Monday, PMG set aside the laptops and stepped away from meetings to celebrate togetherness with a traditional family-style dinner, that is, if your family is 100+ people. With live music, cocktail bars, and a delicious meal prepared by My Sweet Roots, we enjoyed a special evening filled with fun, laughter, and fine cuisine. We mingled with people we don’t usually work with, and our President, George Popstefanov, spent the evening rotating from table to table, filling drinks and telling stories with everyone from associates to account leads.

With no set agenda or itinerary, the night was spent simply sharing stories, enjoying one another’s presence, and celebrating our company’s seven fruitful years of success. Our wonderful operations team worked hard to craft an awesome offsite experience with a relaxed, candlelit atmosphere that allowed my fellow PMGers to have fun, unwind, and spend time with one another outside the typical 9-5.

As the night progressed, I found even more reasons to be thankful for the event, and the great friends this agency gave me. Agency-life is fun and fast-paced with so many client calls, meetings, and project deadlines that it can be difficult to find the time to pause and truly enjoy the company of those you get the pleasure of spending 40 hours with every week.

We work hard at PMG, and I think we do a great job in prioritizing a culture that is bonded by shared purpose and values. As our company grows (and have we ever this year!), it’s important that we do things to maintain the familial environment that’s been key to our company’s success. That’s why we were so excited to come together as a family this week and feast.
