With PMG since 2012, David Gong has led marketing initiatives at PMG, drawing on his past experience at agencies, publishers, and industry partners.

Today, Campaign US named PMG’s Parks Blackwell to the 2022 40 Over 40 class of advertising professionals. When Parks Blackwell joined PMG in 2018, the company had just 160 employees. Since then, we have more than tripled in size, supercharging our customers’ digital marketing in response to rapid shifts in how people work, shop, live and find entertainment, and growing demands around consumer privacy. As the executive driving PMG’s client development and marketing strategy, Parks has helped PMG transform into a digital company that partners across the C-suite to drive digital transformation for some of the world’s biggest and most ambitious brands.

The 40 Over 40 program honors executives for their noteworthy contributions across adland, and “paving the way in our industry,” said Campaign US editor Alison Weissbrot. Executives from Morgan Stanley, TikTok, and Google were also included on this year’s list.
