This week PMG’s Cynthia De La Torre Moreno (they/them) will take the stage at AAF Austin’s 2023 Advent10n, the annual conference for District 10 of the American Advertising Federation, for a panel discussion on diversity & inclusion in advertising. Hosted in Austin, Texas, the event brings together advertisers, students, and educators regionally for industry panels and presentations, professional development opportunities, networking, and more. 

Cynthia will be joined by fellow advertisers to discuss how agencies can champion diversity and inclusion by advocating and investing in diverse vendor partners and talent to deliver more innovative and inclusive work for their customers.
