PMG Strengthens EMEA Leadership Team Amid Continued Growth
PMG is a global independent marketing services and technology company that seeks to inspire people and brands that anything is possible. Driven by shared success, PMG brings together business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights, all powered by our proprietary marketing operating system, Alli. With offices in New York, London, Dallas & Fort Worth, Austin, Atlanta, Brighton, Costa Rica, and Cleveland, our team is made up of more than 900 employees globally, and our work for brands like Apple, CKE Restaurants, Dropbox, Experian, Intuit, Kimberly-Clark, Kohler, Sephora, Travelex, and Whole Foods has received top industry recognitions including Cannes Lions and Adweek Media Plan of the Year.
PMG has appointed Matt Dailey to the newly created role of Head of Analytics & Measurement, EMEA, as the business continues its steep growth trajectory in the region.
Dailey brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new post, having helped some of the world’s most recognisable brands unlock the value of their media investments through advanced measurement and effectiveness planning. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Performance Officer at Havas Media Group.
In his new role, Dailey will take the strategic lead on measurement and effectiveness in EMEA, working across PMG’s client base, which includes BYD, Apple, and Tory Burch. Based in London, Dailey will oversee a growing team of experts focused on translating data into meaningful business strategies and report directly to Dayle Magill, VP of Client Operations & Data Services.
Edward Grice, managing director, EMEA at PMG, said: “Matt joins us at a pivotal moment as we deepen the integration of our clients and capabilities within our proprietary operating system, Alli.
He’ll bring a wealth of experience and a strategic focus to our EMEA analytics practice, helping shape how we scale data-driven measurement as a core growth driver in the region. Matt’s ability to build commercially impactful solutions will be a major asset to our clients, and his calm, collaborative leadership style will be invaluable to our senior leadership team.”
Dailey added: “Today’s brands need partners that can expertly combine both talent and technology to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. The combination of PMG’s people-centric culture and deep commitment to technology, particularly the Alli operating system, is what attracted me to the business. Giving clients a true advantage through connected data, automation, and intelligence, and having the opportunity to impact change at a regional level is something I relish, and I can’t wait to get started.”
Dailey’s appointment forms part of a significant investment in PMG’s UK and EMEA operations. In April of this year, the business expanded its footprint in the region by moving to a new London office and doubling its office space in Brighton. In December 2023, PMG acquired UK-based agency, RocketMill.
