What is your inspiration?

What gets you excited to start the day in the morning? I am talking fist-pumping, jump-out-of-bed excitement. If you don’t have an answer, you should find one, or two or three.

How to find what makes you tick

  1. Pay attention.  When you just can’t help but share something you are excited about, chances are there’s some inspiration there.

  2. Take a break. Every once and a while we need to get some fresh air and feel the sun on our face. Take a hike, indulge in some delicious food, see a movie, hang out with friends, meditate, and the list goes on. The goal is to let your mind relax (and in the process refocus).

  3. Be open-minded. Mix it up and try different things, even if you don’t think you can do them.
