Today, Ad Age named PMG to the 2023 Ad Age A-List, recognizing the top advertising companies that pushed the industry forward by showcasing game-changing creativity. It’s the first time the company has made the list, one of the industry’s most prestigious honors. Ad Age A-List winners are “selected not just for their creativity but for their overall financial performance, along with factors such as diversity and culture,” as well as “agencies that are building places where employees are proud to work.”

Ad Age cited PMG’s recent new business wins, strong revenue growth, technology solutions, investments in building a people-first culture, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and holistic service offerings as reasons for making the list.

“PMG’s usual full-funnel approach to marketing has evolved in the last year, focusing more heavily on marrying creative to data, analytics, and measurement to keep pace with growth in technology and ecommerce,” according to Ad Age. The write-up highlights some of PMG’s recent industry-leading work, including our integrated, full-funnel approach to “amplify” the Kohler business, the Athleta Girl metaverse storefront in Livetopia on Roblox, and SurveyMonkey’s first-ever influencer campaign, to name a few.

PMG CEO George Popstefnov told Ad Age, “Our strategy first and always centers around our people because, ultimately, we’re in the service industry. If we don’t take care of our people, they’re not going to take care of our customers.”
