PMG's University Tour

This 12-week, rotational training program is designed specifically for people who are interested in developing a career in the digital industry. During the program, you will receive training in a variety of functions where you will be given all the tools and resources necessary to learn the trade. Once you have narrowed down your interests, you will be given a specialized focus and be placed on a team.

The goal of the program is to prepare Associates for a full-time Coordinator role within the agency, for which they will be considered for at the conclusion of the program.

Some of the program’s components include:

  • Rotations across a variety of functions

  • Training on our proprietary tools

  • Daily projects to showcase skills learned in training sessions

  • Mentorship and development opportunities from leaders in the agency

Our last class of Associates had this to say about the program:

From Pavan Malani, Social Coordinator:

“Coming fresh out of school, you are expected to find and pick a specific job that potentially defines your career path for the years to come. That’s a huge decision to make for a 20 – something-year-old who just spent the majority of their life with their head stuck in a textbook, gaining a very limited scope of what it is actually like to sit behind a desk day in and day out. What I loved about PMG’s Associates Program is that it gave me the opportunity to narrow my interests to Digital Advertising without pigeon-holing myself into a specific position right away. I got the opportunity to explore the inner workings and the day-to-day of multiple fields within Digital Advertising before finding myself realigning my interests from Analytics to Social Media Advertising. That’s the beauty of the Associates Program, show that you are hungry and willing to learn and the opportunities can become limitless.”

From Gabby Lanza, Programmatic Coordinator:

“I felt like I didn’t have a true understanding of every media department until I went through the Associate training. Getting to know what the day-to-day looks like for a social, search, and programmatic team member was crucial in making an informed decision of what team I wanted to be on. When I chose programmatic, I knew exactly why I was doing so, thanks to the Associate Program.”

From Brent Aydon, Social Coordinator:

“Meeting all the new associates this summer has been great. We became pretty good friends over the course of the program and even presented a mock client pitch together to leaders in the agency.”

PMG is also looking for new interns to join our growing team! This paid training program was created for undergraduate juniors and seniors who are interested in getting hands-on experience and learning more about the digital industry. During the program, interns will be placed on specific teams where they will be given all the tools and resources necessary to learn the trade.

While different from the Associates Program, some of the program’s components include:

  • Expose you to the inner workings of what we call “agency life”

  • Help you with your personal and professional growth

  • Learn as much as you can about your specific team

  • And more importantly, understand how your team fits into the bigger picture of PMG.

From Catherine Babin, Junior Graphic Designer:

“My internship at PMG was rewarding and challenged me in new ways. As an intern, I was able to jump right into client-facing work and be part of a team. I learned about best practices for digital design and how to combine creative and media strategies to meet client goals. My favorite part was feeling encouraged and trusted to try new things and explore my interests. I also loved getting to know my awesome creative team and fellow PMGers. My internship opened the door to become a full-time associate, which ultimately led to a job offer! My experience at PMG has continued to allow me to work on digital media for national clients in a collaborative environment.”
