With PMG since 2012, David Gong has led marketing initiatives at PMG, drawing on his past experience at agencies, publishers, and industry partners.

Long-time PMG team member and advocate for our people, Pam Buyers, Head of Culture, has been named an ADWEEK Architect of Culture as part of the program’s inaugural class.

Architects of Culture recognizes senior leaders across marketing, advertising, and technology who intentionally create environments where people can learn, thrive, and make an impact from day one. That description fits Pam perfectly, and anyone who has worked here for more than a minute knows why.

Pam joined us almost at the very beginning, as Employee #13. Back then, we were a small startup figuring things out as we went. Pam came in with a clear belief that culture would shape everything that followed. Many people here will tell you the same thing—there would be no winning culture at PMG without Pam.

As we grew from a single office to more than 1,000 people worldwide, Pam made sure our culture grew stronger, rather than fading or fragmenting as it often does in companies that experience rapid growth. did not fade or fragment. Her hallmarks are honest conversations, regular feedback, thoughtful recognition, consistency, and authenticity, especially during moments of change, and she has helped to create an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and able to be themselves while doing their best work.

Pam’s impact shows up everywhere, not just because the team endearingly built a ‘Pam-bot’ on Slack to brighten a thread or channel with Pam’isms. She built programs that connect us to one another and to our communities, from Employee Resource Groups that create space for belonging, to company-wide give-back initiatives that bring our values to life outside the office into our local communities.

She joins an incredible group of 2026 Architects of Culture alongside leaders from Adobe, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Coca-Cola, and more. We could not be prouder to see her recognized among them.

Congratulations, Pam. This honor reflects what our people have always known. Our culture exists because you built it, protected it, and continue to lead it with care.
