PMG Named as Media Agency of Record and Creative Production Partner for Geely Auto UK

PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has been appointed Media Agency of Record (AOR) and Creative Production Partner for Geely Auto UK. The new partnership comes as the automotive group prepares for one of the fastest new-market launches in the UK new energy vehicle sector and follows a competitive pitch process. PMG won the business following strong competition from several well-respected global agencies.
As part of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, whose portfolio includes Geely Auto’s sister brands Volvo, Polestar, Lotus and LEVC, Geely Auto has aggressive growth goals, with the brand gearing up to launch three new models and deliver 20,000 sales within its first full year in-market, compressing what is typically a multi-year automotive rollout into a single, high-impact launch window.
To meet this critical moment for Geely Auto, PMG will combine its experience with dynamic brands such as Peloton, Nike and Hearst, alongside expertise of high-profile event sponsorships, such as the Euros. This proven track record was a decisive factor in Geely Auto’s selection of PMG as it looks to supercharge its momentum and growth in the UK market. To this end, PMG’s remit spans integrated communications planning, full-funnel media strategy, performance creative and advanced measurement, alongside consultancy support aimed at delivering a fully connected, end-to-end solution that extends beyond paid media.
A central component of the partnership is PMG’s proprietary marketing intelligence platform, Alli. Geely Auto will utilise Alli to support the speed, scale, and intelligence necessary for the brand to accelerate planning, optimise performance, and connect brand investment directly to business and dealer-level outcomes.
