Zoom Communications Selects PMG as Global Media Agency of Record

(NASDAQ: ZM) has selected the firm as its first-ever global media Agency of Record (AOR). The appointment comes as part of Zoom's evolution beyond meetings into an AI-first workplace platform that empowers everyone, from solopreneurs to global enterprises, to connect, collaborate, and move work forward.
Zoom is committed to delivering fast, practical, and human-centered AI that helps people work smarter and connect better. Achieving this at scale to key audiences requires deep analytical capabilities across media and advertising. PMG’s differentiated platform, including Alli, its proprietary operating system, deep data integrations, forecasting, and advanced measurement and reporting capabilities, were key factors in Zoom’s selection.
