PMG Extends 11-Year Run Among Ad Age’s Best Places to Work

PMG is proud to have been recognized as an Ad Age Best Places to Work for 2026, earning a spot at #6. We’re proud to be the only company in our industry recognized 11 years in a row.
This milestone reflects what makes PMG different: a people-centric culture rooted in values, guided by purpose, and driven by the belief that unlocking potential leads to lasting impact. Our business has evolved as we’ve grown and embraced new and bigger challenges, but our focus on doing the right thing and building a more inclusive, connected workplace has never wavered.
In the past year, we’ve expanded benefits to support the needs of a growing and diverse team. We introduced virtual maternity and newborn care, added men’s reproductive health services, and launched pet telehealth. We also kept employee healthcare premiums flat, even as national costs rose for a third consecutive year.
