PMG’s Amanda Parker was quoted in a Digiday article about Bud Light’s foray into Reddit with its first paid media effort on the platform called “Internet Heroes of Genius.” The brand listed the large and passionate user base, as well as their deep time of engagement, as key reasons why it decided to jump into the platform. Parker also noted that advertisers looking to be less reliant on the Google and Facebook duopoly are more likely to test new partners like Reddit.
