MediaPost Names PMG Its 2025 Independent Agency of the Year
With PMG since 2012, David Gong has led marketing initiatives at PMG, drawing on his past experience at agencies, publishers, and industry partners.
PMG has again been named Independent Agency of the Year by MediaPost, recognizing the progress we made this year across our technology, talent, creative capabilities, and customer impact. The award reflects the strength of our people and our commitment to building a company where innovation and inclusion move in lock step.
A key pillar of our story this year is Alli, our proprietary operating system. In 2025, we released new features that expanded Alli’s intelligence, improved workflow speed, and gave teams and customers clearer ways to act on insight. These enhancements reinforced our belief that technology should elevate people. While others have pulled back on hiring, we know the importance of cultivating talent and giving people the tools and opportunities to unlock their potential.
Our 2025 Graduate Leadership Program was one of our largest to date, as we welcome new graduates across AI and engineering, media marketing, data analytics, and creative. On the creative side, we continued to expand our capabilities, partnering with brands to deliver work that blends storytelling with intelligence. One example was our recent FXTM campaign, which used generative AI to bring new ideas to life and reach audiences more meaningfully.
PMG has also become a destination for talent across all levels. Leaders from global networks joined us this year, drawn by our culture, our independence, and our ambition to build a more modern and accountable model for customers. We are also proud that they were drawn to our values, which guide all our decisions in creating a culture that keeps our team connected, empowered, and equipped to thrive.
Most importantly, we delivered transformative impact for our customers in 2025, helping them navigate challenges as well as identify and pursue opportunities. Their trust and partnership made this recognition possible.
