PMG Releases 2024 Sustainability Report
PMG is a global independent marketing services and technology company that seeks to inspire people and brands that anything is possible. Driven by shared success, PMG brings together business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights, all powered by our proprietary marketing operating system, Alli. With offices in New York, London, Dallas & Fort Worth, Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Brighton, Costa Rica, and Cleveland, our team is made up of 1,000 employees globally, and our work for brands like Apple, CKE Restaurants, Dropbox, Experian, Intuit, Kimberly-Clark, Kohler, Sephora, Travelex, and Whole Foods has received top industry recognitions including Cannes Lions and Adweek Media Plan of the Year.
Today, we’re proud to share PMG’s 2024 Sustainability Report—a reflection of a year defined by growth, accountability, and intentional progress.
As our third annual report, this edition builds on the foundation we established in prior years while offering a clearer, more comprehensive view of how sustainability shows up across our business. From environmental impact to workplace culture and community engagement, the report highlights both where we’ve made meaningful progress and where we’re focused on improving as we continue to scale.
In 2024, PMG sharpened its understanding of its environmental footprint, completing a deeper analysis of emissions across operations and the value chain. While continued growth and increased collaboration drove higher overall emissions, this work enabled more precise measurement, greater transparency, and a stronger roadmap for managing impact responsibly—particularly across Scope 3 emissions, which represent the majority of our footprint. Looking ahead, our sustainability strategy prioritizes data quality, supplier engagement, lower-carbon travel, and preparing for the future of digital and AI-driven infrastructure.
Equally important, the report underscores our belief that sustainability is inseparable from people. In 2024, we invested heavily in our culture—welcoming more than 500 new PMGers, expanding benefits and learning programs, strengthening employee resource groups, and contributing more than 6,500 volunteer hours through PMG Gives Back. These efforts reflect our commitment to building a workplace—and a business—that is inclusive, resilient, and designed for long-term impact.
As our CEO and Founder, George Popstefanov, shares in his opening letter, growth and accountability go hand in hand. This report represents another step forward in aligning our values with action and ensuring that as PMG evolves, we do so with intention.
We invite you to explore the full 2024 Sustainability Report and join us as we continue working toward a more sustainable, equitable, and responsible future.
