The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands-on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in working on data-driven digital and technology solutions and creating an impact for leading brands such as Apple, GAP and Sephora. This full-time program will train you to help tackle the next wave of business challenges. We’re looking for team players, passionate leaders, and curious individuals who ask questions, solve problems, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

The Data & Analytics track provides career opportunities focused on delivering best in class analytic and technology-centric support for our clients. Your training and curriculum will cover a series of topics including coding using SQL and other languages, data analysis, data visualization, software engineering, product management, technical solutions and stakeholder communication.

This role is best suited for those interested in:

  • The convergence of marketing strategy and data analytics

  • Collaborating with clients and PMG stakeholders to scope and build reporting solutions that our teams and clients utilize to optimize media

  • Utilizing SQL, business intelligence solutions and our proprietary technology, Alli, to aggregate data and visualize it in client dashboards

  • Analyzing large amounts of marketing data to identify trends and deliver business insight

  • Working on team wide data projects geared towards evolving and improving data & analytics solutions
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2022 and Spring 2023

  • Area of study of Marketing Science, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, Statistics or similar degree program

  • 3.0 Cumulative GPA

  • Relevant professional work and/or internship experience 

  • Limited opportunities for sponsorship

About the PMG Graduate Leadership Program

Join us in Dallas — The Program will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas, Texas office located at The Link Uptown. Dallas provides you with direct access to executive leadership, mentors, networking activities and bonding events with your GLP cohort and ensures a supportive environment for the beginning of your career. All GLP hires will work in person from the Dallas office.

Make an impact — The training will give you a holistic view of the company and how we provide award-winning service for our clients, while empowering you with the knowledge, leadership skills, and mental dexterity to solve an array of business challenges for Fortune 500 clients - including Apple, Gap, and Sephora, to name a few.
