Modern Slavery Statement 2025
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Act) and sets out the steps Rocket Mill Ltd trading as PMG have taken to minimize the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains. The Board of Directors approved this statement and the actions contained herein. This statement is approved by Board of Directors and is signed on behalf of the Rocket Mill Ltd trading as PMG by Director, in accordance with section 54(6) of the Act for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
Introduction
Rocket Mill Ltd trading as PMG operates across a globally diverse, regional network, delivering creative, strategic and data-led services across multiple core specialisms (Advertising, PR, Consulting and Media).
Rocket Mill Ltd trading as PMG is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking occurring in any of its corporate activities. As a membership and professional services organisation, our services are delivered to our member companies and clients. Our commitment is to ensure that those organisations that we contract with to receive goods and services are aware of our policies in order to comply with the Modern Slavery Act.
This commitment is evident through our company policies, which aim to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. We ensure the adherence to policy commitments and compliance of current Government legislation and regulations.
Our organization structure and supply chain
Rocket Mill Ltd trading as PMG is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We want all our staff to feel confident that they can expose wrongdoing without any risk to themselves and as such the company has an established whistleblowing policy which all staff can access alongside all other company policies on the staff intranet.
Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK, and where applicable subject to DBS checks in order to safeguard employees and apprentices from any abuse or coercion.
Given the nature of our business, including our focus on professional services, predominantly office based and knowledge-led nature of our workforce, our primary operating geographies in the UK and Europe, and the absence of manufacturing activities, our immediate suppliers are at relatively low risk of modern slavery. We do not act as a producer, manufacturer or retailer of physical goods and have no supply chains relating to such activities.
Our supply chains include (but are not limited to): marketing consultants, advertising production, market research and other marketing services providers, information technology providers (software and hardware), professional services, insurance and benefits providers, recruitment agencies, cleaning and catering services, office facilities and maintenance service providers.
During the year to 31 December 2025, we were not made aware of, nor did we discover, any issues relating to modern slavery in our supply chains.
Policy in relation to slavery and human trafficking
Our Anti-slavery policy is posted on the staff intranet together with all other company policies and procedures It reflects our commitment to implementing and enforcing effective procedures and controls to minimise the risks of human trafficking and other modern slavery practices infiltrating our business operations and acting ethically and with integrity in all our business activities and relationships.
Risk assessment and Due diligence
We aim to take the following further steps over the course of the next financial year ending December 2026 to enhance the effectiveness of our modern slavery controls:
Annual check smaller suppliers based on risk identification to ensure adherence to the Modern Slavery Act
Run targeted refresher training to ensure that relevant staff are well informed about the specifics and our obligations in line with the Act.
Effectiveness of measures
We monitor the effectiveness of our approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking through a combination of supplier engagement, internal reporting mechanisms, completion of staff training, and periodic reviews of relevant policies and procedures. During the financial year ending 31 December 2025, no instances of modern slavery or human trafficking were identified within our business or supply chains.
Training on modern slavery and trafficking
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we are committed to providing appropriate training to relevant staff, including through induction programmes and compliance training. Employees have access to a dedicated third-party platform for raising concerns including confidential and anonymous reporting where appropriate. Our processes will always protect individuals who come forward from being victimised further and provide access to counselling and support.
Remediation and Escalation
Where instances of modern slavery or human trafficking are identified or suspected, Rocket Mill Ltd trading as PMG is committed to taking appropriate remedial action. This may include engaging with suppliers to address concerns, suspending or terminating supplier relationships, and reporting matters to relevant authorities where required.
