Laurie Miller Named One of The Top Women in Media & Ad Tech
With PMG since 2012, David Gong has led marketing initiatives at PMG, drawing on his past experience at agencies, publishers, and industry partners.
PMG’s Head of Analytics and Measurement, Laurie Miller, is redefining the role of data in modern marketing. She built our powerhouse analytics team from the ground up, driving transformative business outcomes for some of the world’s most iconic brands, and is a rare leader who seamlessly bridges technical expertise with strategic vision. Her success in making measurement a competitive advantage for our customers is a key reason why AdExchanger and AdMonsters recently honored Laurie as one of their 2025 Top Women in Media & Ad Tech. Laurie was named one of the top ‘Data Demystifiers’—those with expertise in data science or analytics, who use their prowess to inform decision-making, prove out business cases, or test new ideas.
The Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards program aims to celebrate, inspire, and bring together the women making an impact in the broader digital media and advertising technology community. Other leaders honored this year include Reddit COO Jen Wong, Terra Ingalls at Koddi, and Kelsey Scarzello of Momentum Commerce. Laurie’s win comes two years after Dayle Magill, long-time leader at PMG, was honored.
In addition to her technical leadership, Laurie’s mentorship has propelled talent into leadership roles at PMG and beyond. She is a sought-after speaker and a published author in MarTech, tackling the industry’s biggest challenges, including AI-driven measurement, platform transparency, and the future of marketing science.
On June 5, all honorees will be celebrated at a gala event in New York City. Congratulations to Laurie and the other winners!
