George is the CEO and Founder of PMG. He regularly shares his insights on the industry with major outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Bloomberg Businessweek, AdAge, Adweek, Inc. George is a graduate of the Harvard Business School OPM program and earned his bachelor’s degree from TCU.

On our journey to “always change for the better,” as we strive to become the most respected global independent digital company powered by technology and amazing people, we believe we have a responsibility to effect change in our local communities. On this Earth Day, PMG is sharing our commitment to investing in Accountable Sustainability through an intersectional sustainable business initiative, in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. 

By following the World Economic Forum principles in support of People, Prosperity, Planet, and Principles of Governance, we commit to: 

  • People: Continue our commitment to bring forth positive and lasting change by transparently holding ourselves accountable for creating a culture that is inclusive and welcoming to everyone. In 2022, we continue to increase our investment in creating a culture of belonging, inclusion, and diversity (CBID) by implementing annual CBID learning commitments for all employees, recognizing and rewarding employees consistently and fairly, empowering our employee resource groups to create communities and impact change, and striving for better recruitment and retention of diverse employees.

  • Prosperity: Impact the broader community through dedicated PMG Gives Back efforts and create more pathways into digital and technology careers in our communities. In support of this, we are giving every PMGer eight paid hours to volunteer in our communities.

  • Planet: Make a positive impact on our planet for future generations. Our first step in this process is to better understand our impact on the environment and setting plans to get PMG to net-neutral emissions. 

  • Principles of Governance: Create internal governance structures, policies, and processes that ensure long-term value creation for our people and our brand partners. 

Already, our sustainability commitments are taking shape through investments in: 

  • PMG Gives Back as we give back to our local communities in meaningful ways this week during National Volunteer Week.

  • Skills training for a future workforce in our communities through our early careers programs and enabling access to training and continued education opportunities to attract diverse talent to our industry.

  • Defining our commitment to environmental sustainability, with a focus on making a positive impact on our planet through company-wide governance structures, policies, and processes that ensure our long-term value creation for our people and brand partners.

We are making these investments in CBID and sustainability to help our employees and organization make an impact in our communities and beyond. In doing so, we are engaging an external consultancy to help actualize our goals, and our teams are actively working to release our first-ever sustainability report ahead of PMG’s participation in an ESGC Program.
