The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands-on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in working on data-driven digital and technology solutions and creating an impact for leading brands such as Apple, GAP and Sephora. This full-time program will train you to help tackle the next wave of business challenges. We’re looking for team players, passionate leaders, and curious individuals who ask questions, solve problems, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
The Media track is focused on career opportunities that support media planning and data analytics for leading brands. Your training and curriculum will cover a series of topics including client communications, campaign planning, and storytelling with data.
The Media track is best suited for those interested in:
Paid media planning, buying and strategy across digital channels including paid search, social, display, brand media and advanced video.
Cross-functional project management
Budgeting and forecasting spend for a brand
Client relationship and communication management
Designing, conducting and analyzing consumer research to understand consumer behavior
Building and managing media campaigns
Recommending testing strategies and optimizations to improve campaign performance
Trafficking and flighting digital media campaigns
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Summer 2022 and Spring 2023
Area of study of Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations or related field
3.0 Cumulative GPA
Relevant professional work and/or internship experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

About the PMG Graduate Leadership Program
Join us in Dallas — The Program will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas, Texas office located at The Link Uptown. Dallas provides you with direct access to executive leadership, mentors, networking activities and bonding events with your GLP cohort and ensures a supportive environment for the beginning of your career. All GLP hires will work in person from the Dallas office.
Make an impact — The training will give you a holistic view of the company and how we provide award-winning service for our clients, while empowering you with the knowledge, leadership skills, and mental dexterity to solve an array of business challenges for Fortune 500 clients - including Apple, Gap, and Sephora, to name a few.
