Tim Lardner, VP of Strategy, leads PMG’s strategy and transformation practice. With more than 20 years of experience across client-side retail, management consulting, and media, Tim's expertise has informed media investment, customer growth, fleet strategy, organization design, omnichannel forecasting, and wholesale/marketplace strategy for countless retail brands. Before joining PMG, Tim served as the Global Head of Digital Marketing at Kearney, with previous stints as the Director of Acquisition and Direct Marketing at Madewell, and GM of Digital at Condé Nast Traveler.
