PMG Ranked Among 2026 Best Workplaces for Women List

3 Min Read

Great Place To Work® and Fortune have named PMG one of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™, ranking No. 42 among similarly sized companies. This is our fourth time earning a spot on the list, with selection based entirely on what women at PMG say about their own workplace experience at the company.

To build the list, Great Place To Work analyzed survey responses from more than 640,000 women at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies. The eligibility bar is high. A company must employ at least 50 women, have women hold at least 20% of non-executive manager roles, and have at least one woman in the C-suite. Honorees are then chosen based on how consistently they deliver positive outcomes for women across job roles, work status, and other demographic identifiers.

For us, the ranking is a measure of whether our investments are showing up in women's day-to-day experience at PMG. Those investments include:

  • Community through the WeCollective employee resource group;

  • Speaker events and panels featuring women leaders across and outside of PMG, creating opportunities to learn from their experiences and career journeys;

  • Professional development through executive coaching, mentorship, and certification programs; and

  • Hosting a “Support Swap” where WeCollective members shared advice, resources, and everyday recommendations to foster connections and support one another.

"This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of women themselves, and highlights the companies creating environments where they can grow, contribute, and do their best work," says Fortune Executive Editor Ashley Lutz.

This is our latest accolade, as our workplace culture was also recognized on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Texas™ and Fortune Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing™ lists, ranking No. 2 on both.

We’re proud of the amazing women leaders at PMG, including Pam Buyers, an Adweek Architect of Culture award winner earlier this year, and Georgia Goodwin, named to The Media Leader’s Future 100 in 2026.
