-
What does the interview process look like? Should I prepare for virtual or in-person interviews?
Our interview process begins with virtual conversations via Zoom and includes an in-person interview as the next step. We believe meeting face-to-face is an important part of getting to know each other.
To prepare, we recommend:
Reviewing PMG’s culture, values, and work (especially our Alli technology).
Preparing a few STAR Method stories that highlight your problem-solving and collaboration.
Dressing in business casual (one step up for interviews).
Bringing thoughtful questions for your interviewers.
-
What is the EPP (Employee Personality Profile) assessment?
The EPP is a quick, 10-minute personality profile that helps us understand how you work, communicate, and collaborate. It’s not used to filter candidates out—you’ll actually receive your results as a personal takeaway.
