Our most successful team members are resilient, curious, self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable. They thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace innovation, especially around technology and data-driven marketing.

PMG provides comprehensive health plans, a 401(k) with match (or global retirement plan), generous paid leave (minimum four weeks PTO), parental leave, wellness programs, and identity-based employee groups (ERGs). We also celebrate with team events and other perks.

At PMG, CBID is foundational to our high-performing culture. We’ve built an environment where every PMGer feels they belong, can use their voice for good, and is included in driving impact internally and externally. Through initiatives like DIG In (our diversity leadership speaker series), employee resource groups, inclusive hiring practices, and a focus on diverse experiences and perspectives, we ensure diversity fuels innovation and performance.

Yes! PMG offers internship opportunities in the spring and summer across various departments, giving students hands-on experience across media, strategy, creative, data, AI, engineering, and business strategy.

You can explore open roles on our Careers Page. After submitting, our recruiting team reviews applications and reaches out if there’s a potential fit. Even if not selected for the current role, we often keep candidates in mind for future opportunities.

Our process is designed to get to know you holistically—your skills, experiences, and potential fit. Typically, it includes:

• Recruiter Screen (intro chat about your background and goals)

• Skills Assessment (short case study or challenge)

• Panel Interview (meet team members, experience our collaborative culture)

Our interview process begins with virtual conversations via Zoom and includes an in-person interview as the next step. We believe meeting face-to-face is an important part of getting to know each other.

To prepare, we recommend:

• Reviewing PMG’s culture, values, and work (especially our Alli technology).

• Preparing a few STAR Method stories that highlight your problem-solving and collaboration.

• Dressing in business casual (one step up for interviews).

• Bringing thoughtful questions for your interviewers.

The EPP is a quick, 10-minute personality profile that helps us understand how you work, communicate, and collaborate. It’s not used to filter candidates out—you’ll actually receive your results as a personal takeaway.

At PMG, growth is intentional. Our career development platform makes skills and pathways clear, while our learning programs strengthen leadership, business, craft, and technical expertise. Employees also have access to on-demand learning tools that make it easy to build skills in the flow of work.

Continual learning is part of our DNA—it’s a leadership behavior expected of every PMGer. Growth happens not only through structured learning, but also through unique opportunities to innovate, stretch, and lead in real time. At PMG, you’ll find the space to learn, grow, and shape the future.

The GLP is an in-person program, hosted across our global offices in Dallas, Texas, and London and Brighton, England. New hires from Dallas, London, and Brighton start together in Dallas at our global headquarters on Day 1 for their initial training. London and Brighton team members return home after the program wraps and will then continue their GLP work from our UK offices, while Dallas team members remain at our headquarters. All participants will work from their assigned office five days a week for the benefit of increased collaboration and mentorship as they start their careers at PMG.

The program is designed for recent graduates who are eager to grow their careers across media, creative, data, AI, engineering, business strategy, and transformation. We look for individuals who are curious, collaborative, and ready to take on real-world challenges and drive meaningful impact.

GLP is a full-time, early career role designed to accelerate your growth through real client work, structured training, and hands-on business impact from day one.

The Graduate Leadership Program runs for approximately 8 weeks each Summer, after which participants are matched to a specific role and team based on their GLP track, skills, experience, and interests and begin role onboarding.

You’ll gain access to mentorship, leadership development, and technical training, including certifications from Google and Meta, hands-on SQL and Excel learning, and expertise with Alli, PMG’s proprietary AI-enabled operating system.
