PMG Further Expands London Office with Three New Leadership Hires to Support Continued EMEA Business Growth

4 Min Read

Today, PMG announced Rebecca Hamilton, Jon Manning, and Duncan Nichols have joined the firm's London office to respectively lead the Commerce, Video and Audio, and Integrated Communications practices in EMEA. These latest leadership hires follow exponential growth in PMG's EMEA book of business, including new AOR agreements with marquee brands like Michael Kors, Geely, and Glanbia in 2026, and underscores how the firm continues to aggressively hire across the region.

The appointments come as brands across EMEA increasingly seek partners that can help them confidently operationalize AI and solve more complex business challenges. PMG and its operating system Alli is built for this reality, by integrating data from across the brand’s business to power more holistic insights-driven actions, while effectively unifying commerce, media, and business strategy, all under a single, outcomes-driven operating model. To further strengthen PMG's ability to deliver these connected, business-first solutions for its growing roster of EMEA clients, each of the newest leadership hires brings deep local market expertise and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Rebecca Hamilton joins PMG as EMEA Commerce Lead, bringing with her an extensive track record across retail media, DTC, and commercial growth strategy. Most recently a Managing Partner and Head of Growth within Omnicom Media Group UK's commerce practice, Flywheel, she will now lead PMG’s Commerce practice across EMEA. Hamilton has deep experience leading growth strategy, planning, and pipeline execution across retail media, DTC, Amazon, and social commerce for global brands spanning luxury, retail, and FMCG. Over her tenure at Flywheel, she onboarded new clients across FMCG, luxury, electronics, and automotive categories, and built agency commerce products from the ground up—including a first-to-market UK agency partnership with TikTok Shop.

Jon Manning joins as the EMEA Converged Audio & Video Lead, bringing 18 years of experience unifying linear and digital video into a single, high-performance ecosystem. Manning most recently served as Director of Advanced TV at Medialab Group, where he architected a converged AV framework that drove a 4X increase in client spend and helped establish the agency as the largest independent TV buyer in 2024 and 2025. Manning also serves as the Chair of the IPA's Television Research Advisory Group (TRAG), giving him a clear view into how the industry's shift towards measurement and standards continues. Manning's appointment complements PMG's growing global video and audio practice, led by Head of Video and Audio Jon Lefferts.

Duncan Nichols joins to lead PMG's Integrated Communications practice in EMEA, bringing 15 years of experience spanning communications and media strategy, with a deep specialism in digital media and advertising. Most recently Managing Director of Strategy & Planning at Croud, Nichols built and led the agency's strategy function from inception to a 20-person team, served as its strategic lead for clients, and authored proprietary offerings including the Croud Consumer Index. A confident communicator skilled at translating complex data into C-suite narratives, he is currently focused on how AI is reshaping discovery online and the economics of media and advertising. At PMG, he will connect strategy, communications, and media planning to deliver integrated campaigns rooted in consumer behaviour and measurable effectiveness.

"The pace of our EMEA growth reflects a clear shift in how brands are looking for a relentless focus on business outcomes from their agency partners. The value of delivering more integration across channels and business units, both from a data and operational perspective, is why PMG is standing out," said Josh Krichefski, EMEA President at PMG. "Rebecca, Jon, and Duncan are exceptional leaders in commerce, video, and communications, and each of them shares our conviction that the future belongs to partners who can connect these disciplines rather than sell them separately. Bringing this caliber of talent into our London office is how we continue to raise the bar for our clients and keep building the market's most ambitious firm."
